About me
Ivan Koleliev is a civil/transport engineer with over 20 years of professional experience. His areas of specialization include road and airport pavement surveys, pavement management systems, cost–benefit analysis for transport infrastructure, and public–private partnerships. He holds an M.Eng. in Road Construction from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia (2001), and an MBA from Cass Business School, London (2011). He is a member of the Managing Board of BACEA (Bulgarian Association of Consulting Engineers and Architects), a certified road safety auditor, and a member of the editorial board of the journal Patishtа (Roads).
